TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FOR EDITORIAL WORK


Writer/ Author agrees that:

  1. The copyright declaration form shall be submitted through e-mail;
  2. The author(s) shall download the declaration form, fill, scan and mail the same to the Journal. 
  3. For the purpose of determining the originality/ plagiarism rate, use of softwares shall be done by Law Essential Journal.
  4. Full editorial work shall be executed only once the declaration form is received by the Editorial Team [ET];
  5. Editor-in-chief shall have the final authority to accept or reject any article, in order to keep and uphold the objective and spirit of the journal;
  6. The name of the author(s) should not be mentioned anywhere in the submissions.


FOR PUBLICATION


Writer/ Author agrees that:

  1. Submission of manuscripts would not automatically account for acceptability for publication;
  2. The manuscript shall be rejected if the contributors have not followed the formatting guidelines.
  3. The article shall be accessible worldwide through journal website for everyone to read;
  4. The manuscript shall be published in electronic format and shall be available on the website only;
  5. The manuscript shall be rejected for publication, if the scanned copy of the copyright agreement form, is not submitted within the stipulated time.
  6. The editor in chief, shall have the final authority to accept or reject any manuscript, in order to keep and uphold the sanctity and maintain standard of the journal;


[NOTE: The journal has the absolute rights to cancel, make amends or postpone the publication of research papers.]
